Winter Again

Out for a late afternoon early evening ride. And it starts snowing again. Yay for winter.

So, the plan is that by the end of March I will have the Banshee Paradox in my hands. Sadly though the race I planned to ride it in has been canceled permanently- The Uxbridge Icebreaker. So will have to make a plan to create my own death march ride.

Race Across The Sky

Went and saw Race Across The Sky in my local Cineplex. Kind of fun to see a bike race film on the actual big screen instead of some bar with overpriced beer. Definitely worth getting the DVD copy.

Very motivating to see, especially in the grey February of winter. Gives one motivation to ride.

So it looks like I will slowly be building the GT up to sell it as a complete bike. Will be putting in my buddies shop this week. Well the frame at least. And slowly add more parts as I can.

Christmas Circus

Nothing much. It's cold and the trails are icy, icier then last year at this point.

So have begun running a bit more to make up for it. And because of travel costs, in reality US airline fee raping. The decision was made to leave behind the bike and do a 10 day run camp. No clue yet what the plan is but I think I'll do the Krupicka method. Just simply run.
